Upon receiving your completed registration form, we will send an official confirmation and invoice within 3 days. Please make sure you have invoice address available when registering, in case it needs to be sent to a different address, person or department. Payment of the full delegate fee is due 14 days from the invoice date, or immediately with registration if the booking is made within one month of the event. We recommend you check with your finance department that payment has been made before travelling to the conference.
Once a completed registration form has been received cancellations made within 48 hours will be eligible for a full refund. Any further cancelations, will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount. In order to be eligible for compensation, all cancelations have to be received in written form, only. In case of cancelation voucher will be offered for any other future event organized by Knowledge Central valid for one year. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the meeting at no further cost.

All participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. In case, that the payment has not been received prior to the event, delegates will be asked to make the payment on-site or otherwise be refused entry. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Knowledge Central to change the content and timing of the program, the speakers, the date or the venue
